General Project Description

The City of East Palo Alto is seeking proposals from experienced and licensed contractors to provide as-needed, on-call services for stormwater drainage improvement, debris removal, pumping, and other flood prevention work within city limits. The scope includes installation and repair of drainage inlets, dewatering and removal of accumulated stormwater, cleaning of valley gutters and debris removal, flood-prevention support at San Francisquito Creek, and levee repair and stabilization. Contractors are expected to implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) for waterway and outfall clean-up, including appropriate debris disposal and recycling.
