General Project Description

This project involves tenant improvement of a 1,183 square foot cold shell space on the intermediate level of an existing building, which has retail downstairs and residential upstairs. The scope of work includes updating Unit #33 to an office space (occupancy "B") by constructing new interior partitions, performing new Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work for office spaces, a kitchenette, and a unisex restroom. It also requires the installation of new fire alarm and life safety devices, relocation of the entry door, enlargement of one existing window, and addition of two new windows. Mobilization/Demobilization includes hazardous materials investigation and abatement.
