Eastside Union School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, DW Fencing (CA, IH, ST, SC) / Fencing Improvements @ Calero, Independence, Santa Teresa, Silver Creek High Schools, identified under Solicitation ID: PROJECT/CONTRACT NUMBER: CA00002003, IH00002003, ST00002003, SC00002003/ CP7028. Work is to be performed near 6150 Snell Ave, San Jose, CA 95123, USA in Santa Clara County.
General Project Description
This project involves selective demolition and new construction for security fencing, fencing improvements, and gate improvements at Calero, Independence, Santa Teresa, and Silver Creek High Schools. The work includes the removal of existing chain-link and decorative steel fences, bollards, and pavement, along with general site preparation, clearing, and grubbing. New installations will include various types of decorative steel fences, steel frame fences with horizontal wood panels, corresponding footings, and gate improvements, along with asphalt paving and site concrete work. The contractor is responsible for verifying existing conditions, protecting utilities and trees, and ensuring site security throughout the project.
