General Project Description

This project involves the 2025 Annual Asphalt Concrete Overlay on existing roads throughout the City of Eastvale. The scope includes pavement maintenance and rehabilitation through grinding existing pavement, placement of 1-1/2” rubberized asphalt concrete (ARHM), localized street reconstruction, and improvements for accessibility. Key work items involve retrofitting truncated domes on existing surfaces, removing and reconstructing curb ramps to ADA compliance, adjusting manhole frames, water valve frames, and miscellaneous utility boxes to grade. Additionally, the project includes installing pavement markers and preparing/installing thermoplastic traffic striping layout and traffic loop detectors, as well as applying asphalt mastic sealant and crack seal in various areas. The project utilizes California waste tire crumb rubber in the asphalt mix, contributing to recycling efforts.
