General Project Description

This project involves providing On-Call Asphalt Repair and Maintenance Services within the public right-of-way for the City of Eastvale. The work is executed on an as-needed, work order basis and encompasses various tasks including crack sealing, chip seal, slurry seal, mastic repair, grinding and overlay of asphalt concrete, pavement marking, traffic control, street reconstruction, curb ramp improvements, concrete sidewalk replacements, and manhole/utility adjustment and reconstruction. Contractors are required to adhere to the City's Standard Plans and Specifications, Caltrans Survey Manual, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), and all applicable state and federal environmental and labor laws.
