Eastvale City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Demolition and Disposal of Structures, identified under Solicitation ID: 26-104EG. Work is to be performed near 12363 Limonite Ave, Eastvale, CA 91752, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

This project, CIP Project# 95017 (REBID), involves the demolition and disposal of existing structures located at 14821 Chandler Street. The scope includes removal of existing structures, surface features, utilities, debris, and other on-site elements. Extensive site cleanup, including clearing and disposal of materials, stockpiles, vegetation, trash, and miscellaneous items, is required. The contractor is responsible for environmental and regulatory compliance, including hazardous or regulated material assessments and handling. Site restoration to a clean and stable condition, temporary erosion control, dust suppression, and site safety measures are also required. Utility shut-off and decommissioning of all utility connections are mandatory, along with coordination with City staff and utility providers. Optional alternative bid items include temporary chain link fence installation and maintenance, and providing/maintaining mobile security camera trailers.

  • Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Demo existing structures. For additional information and scope, see Exhibit A Project Plans.
  • Quantity: 1  Unit: EA  Work Item: Remove existing trees, Specifications: Work shall include stumps and roots. (Note: number of trees not yet determined. Provide pricing per tree).
  • Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Install temporary 6’ high chain link fence with privacy screen around the perimeter of the work site, Specifications: Installation completed within 72 hours of Notice to Proceed, includes installing and maintaining sandbags on all posts.
  • Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Provide, install, and maintain mobile security camera trailers, Specifications: Equipped with motion-activated video monitoring, lighting, and remote access capabilities to secure the Public Works Yard during demolition activities. Units shall be fully operational 24/7, including cellular connectivity and backup power.
