General Project Description

The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking professional services for a comprehensive technical review and wholesale update of its Design & Construction Standards. This includes updating Standard Drawings/Details, Technical Specifications, and Design Standards. The scope of work involves project management and coordination meetings, a detailed technical review of existing and industry standard practices, extensive stakeholder engagement (internal and external), and the preparation of draft and final deliverables. Deliverables will include CAD and PDF files of drawings (conforming to National CAD standards UDS with revision logs), OCR searchable PDFs with linked tables of contents, and both English and Spanish versions of Design Guidelines and Technical Specifications.
