El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Bass Lake Potable – Recycled Water Supplement Connection & Bridlewood Tank Rehabilitation Project Construction Engineering Services, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP25-24. Work is to be performed near Bass Lake Rd, Rescue, CA 95672, USA in El Dorado County.

General Project Description

The project requires Construction Engineering Services (CES) for the Bass Lake Potable – Recycled Water Supplement Connection & Bridlewood Tank Rehabilitation. The tank rehabilitation involves replacing the existing welded-steel tank roof with an aluminum dome, interior and exterior coating, installation of a new cathodic protection system, and a new access ladder for the Bridlewood Tank. The supplement connection work includes demolition of an existing concrete pad, construction of a new concrete pad, installation of new piping appurtenances, and piping reconfiguration for a potable water to recycled water connection system. The CES firm will provide a California Licensed Professional Civil Engineer as Engineer-of-Record to offer engineering assistance throughout the construction, including participation in meetings, field observations, submittal and RFI/CO reviews, design/scope alteration coordination, subcontractor coordination, and preparation of record drawings.
