General Project Description
The City of Paso Robles is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a feasibility study for an undercrossing at State Route 46 East and Airport Road in the vicinity of Union Road. The project's objective is to determine if a grade-separated undercrossing is a technically, environmentally, and financially feasible alternative to existing overcrossing/interchange concepts. This involves evaluating cost savings, constructability advantages, and potential fatal flaws, providing the City with a basis for decision-making and future grant applications.
