General Project Description

This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of repairs on Sierra Bonita, Scott Street, and Fallbrook Court Roads. The work, to be performed according to city drawings and specifications, includes, but is not limited to, lowering and raising utilities, monument perpetuation, dig-out repairs, placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) leveling and surface courses, key cut tapers, striping, and applying Type II slurry and crack filling. The Contractor is also responsible for providing all necessary work plans, permits, and inspections as specified in the plans and contract documents. Compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets Regulations is required for all self-propelled off-road diesel vehicles 25 horsepower or greater.
