General Project Description
The El Rancho Unified School District has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Procedures (CUPCCAA) for the 2026 calendar year. This notification invites all licensed contractors to register on the District's list of qualified informal bidders. The purpose of this registration is to ensure contractors are notified of relevant bid opportunities based on their license classifications. The District will create a new contractors list effective January 1st of each year, populated by contractors who have properly provided the required information.
