General Project Description

This solicitation is for the Elk Grove Unified School District to procure, install, and support network equipment and software for Main Distribution Facilities (MDFs) and Intermediate Distribution Facilities (IDFs) across various elementary and secondary schools. The project aims to replace existing equipment and/or purchase additional equipment to provide Internet accessibility, standardizing on Aruba or equivalent hardware. The selected service provider will be responsible for hardware, software, installation, professional services, ongoing maintenance, and support, with all work to be scheduled after school hours. A project deployment plan, detailed billing, shipping, and applicable taxes must be included in the proposal.
