General Project Description

This project involves the demolition and construction of four (4) office spaces totaling approximately 486 square feet within a modular building. The work scope includes framing, electrical installation, drywall finishing, installation of fire-rated doors and windows, and all associated work required to complete the remodel, provided with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. All work is required to comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
