General Project Description
The City of Elk Grove is seeking proposals from qualified Service Providers for an ongoing, on-call sign fabrication program. The selected contractor will provide sign design, fabrication, posting, installation, maintenance, and removal services for new development projects' noticing requirements. This includes furnishing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials for signs that meet specific size, color, and content requirements. Signs must be a minimum of 36x48 inches, mounted on poles/posts up to 10 feet high, feature color text/graphics, and existing fabricated signs should be reused when possible. The contractor will also be responsible for timely installation, maintenance (responding within 24 hours to damage), and removal of signs.
