General Project Description

The City of Emeryville is seeking an on-call contractor to provide citywide construction services for repairing roadways, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The primary scope includes asphalt concrete (AC) digout and repair work, as well as Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalk, curb, and gutter repair. Tasks involve sawcutting, grinding, removal of existing materials, subgrade compaction, traffic control, emulsion spreading, and the placement of new AC and PCC to match existing lines and grades, with particular attention to working around and protecting tree roots.
