General Project Description
The City of Escondido is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional traffic engineering services on an as-needed basis (on-call contract) for a term of three years. Services include evaluation and recommendations for traffic striping, signage, safety improvements, review of traffic signal, striping, and signage plans, traffic impact studies and management, troubleshooting of traffic signal operations, and design services for traffic design improvement projects. The scope also covers land development review and assistance, and various traffic engineering technical assistance tasks throughout the City.
