General Project Description

This project encompasses the installation of new fencing at two locations within the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District. At Suisun Valley K-8 School, the scope includes providing and installing approximately 585 linear feet of an 8-foot-high black vinyl no-climb fence. For the Maintenance Yard, the project entails providing and installing approximately 1,548 linear feet of an 8-foot-high black steel picket perimeter security fence, which includes a curved spear top security topping, an automatic gate, and all associated hardware, footings, and finishes. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, California Public School standards, and ADA Accessibility Guidelines for gate access.
