General Project Description

This flooring project involves the demolition of existing carpet and vinyl composition tile (VCT), and the installation of new carpet squares and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) across multiple elementary schools, including William H. Frazier, Live Oak Elementary, Fallbrook STEM Academy, La Paloma, and Maie Ellis Elementary. The scope encompasses complete sub-floor preparation, installation of specified Mohawk brand carpet squares (Swipe-Right, Blue Ridge) and LVT (Living Local Collection, Woods 2.5 C2121 Silver), along with rubber cove base and Mohawk Step Up II (GT311) 989-Obsidian walk-off mat tiles at all doorways. All work must adhere to manufacturer's installation instructions, low-VOC adhesive requirements, and applicable ADA standards.
