General Project Description

The City of Folsom is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors to establish a pool of five pre-qualified contractors for on-call infrastructure maintenance services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis for a variety of Public Works construction, maintenance, and repair projects. The scope includes work on asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork (sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, curbs, gutters, driveways), sawcutting, grading, compaction, subgrade preparation, utility adjustments (manholes, valves, drain inlets), underground utility repair/installation, electrical systems (streetlights, signals), fiber optic repair/installation, metal beam guard rail, and other miscellaneous incidental work. All work must comply with City of Folsom standards, Caltrans Standard Specifications and Plans, and applicable State and Federal regulations.
