General Project Description

This project involves the upgrade and installation of a Caustic Soda Storage and Feed System at the City of Folsom Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes removal of existing decommissioned steel tanks and associated piping, modification of the existing tank containment wall, installation of a new caustic feed tank and containment area, installation of new caustic feed pumps and pipeline, removal of existing lime feed piping and an abandoned aqua ammonia tank. The work also encompasses miscellaneous civil sitework, including AC pavement and concrete replacement, along with associated electrical, instrumentation, and control system upgrades.
