General Project Description
The project involves the demolition of the existing City Hall building and the construction of a new City Hall building. It also includes the remodel of a portion of the existing Development Services Offices (DSO) building, construction of a pedestrian bridge connecting the buildings, and comprehensive utility installation. Additionally, the scope covers the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), along with all related on-site and off-site improvements. The project requires careful phasing to minimize impact on the occupied DSO building and includes provisions for street improvements, landscaping, earthwork, concrete, masonry, asphalt paving, trenching, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, fire protection, audio-visual, technology, and photovoltaic design elements.
