General Project Description

This project involves the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals for the pavement rehabilitation of the VoH Liberty Loop. The general scope includes pavement patching, ADA upgrades to existing curb access return ramps, removal and replacement of curb & gutter and "A" curbs. Specific work includes subgrade preparation, removal and construction of asphalt concrete pavement, trenching, installation of gravity pipe and manhole adjustments, traffic striping, pavement markers, and comprehensive temporary traffic control. All work must comply with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (SSPWC) 2024 Edition, Caltrans Standard Specifications, City of Fontana standards, and relevant special provisions.
