Fort Bragg City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STORMWATER ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN, identified under Solicitation ID: -. General Project Description

The City of Fort Bragg is seeking qualified consultants to develop a Stormwater Asset Management Plan (AMP). This AMP will integrate existing GIS mapping, the 2004 Storm Drain Master Plan, and a BMP inventory, ensuring compliance with Phase II MS4 Permit requirements. The plan will establish a framework for asset inventory, condition assessments, maintenance planning, long-term financial forecasting, and include a public outreach and education campaign to raise awareness of stormwater program needs and costs. The scope of work involves project initiation, asset inventory integration, defining levels of service, developing a risk-based condition assessment framework, comprehensive maintenance planning, program cost tracking and forecasting, public outreach and education campaign development, and reporting/compliance alignment.

Specifications: Estimate costs for O&M, permit compliance, and capital/O&M for future infrastructure in accordance with statewide policy (STORMS); provide a 20-year cost forecast tied to LOS and risk prioritization; prepare forecasting in formats consistent with EFC Toolkit fiscal sustainability guidance for regulatory reporting and funding applications.
