General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive HVAC replacement and associated general trades modernizations at Cabrillo, Glenmoor, and Patterson Elementary Schools within the Fremont Unified School District. The scope includes the removal of existing HVAC systems, installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, including ductwork, piping, controls, and ancillary components. General construction tasks such as minor architectural, structural, electrical, and finish work necessitated by the HVAC upgrades are also part of the modernization effort across the specified school campuses.
