General Project Description

This project encompasses alterations at two high schools within the Fremont Unified School District. At Washington High School, the work involves the installation of owner-furnished, contractor-installed outdoor freezer units, along with all associated electrical and site work. At Mission San Jose High School, the servery alterations include selective demolition, construction of new insulated partitions, installation of new equipment, salvaging and reinstallation of designated existing items, patching and preparation of affected finishes, and comprehensive related protection, inspections, testing, and closeout work.
