General Project Description

This project involves pavement rehabilitation across various citywide locations. The scope of work includes furnishing and maintaining traffic control, protecting/adjusting utility facilities, removing asphalt concrete roadway surfacing by cold planing or excavation, performing hot mix asphalt dig-out repairs, replacing traffic signal detector loops and related facilities, placing pavement fabric or grid, placing hot mix asphalt overlays, roadside sign placement, applying traffic stripes, pavement markings, and reflective pavement markers. The project also includes ancillary work such as tree trimming, managing construction and demolition debris, and water pollution control.
