General Project Description

The project involves the complete replacement of the roof system at Patterson House, a historic resource. The scope includes the removal of existing roof shingles, underlayment, and galvanized flashing, followed by the installation of new breathable underlayment, wood roof shingles, new sheet metal copper flashing at roof and wall intersections, and associated wood trim repair and painting. All work must preserve the historic character and features of the building, adhering to historic preservation standards and industry best practices.
