General Project Description
This project, Bid No. 26-27, for the Fresno Unified School District involves the modernization of the nurse's suite within the Administration building at Viking Elementary School. The scope of work primarily entails the relocation of non-bearing interior walls, reconfiguring interior cabinetry, and installing new mechanical, lighting, and fire alarm systems, doors, interior finishes, and a new water heater. It also includes the provision and installation of a NEW 40x60 MODULAR ADMIN BUILDING, suggesting the modernization is part of establishing this new modular facility.
