General Project Description
This project involves the rebid of the WRF Training Building Roof Abatement and Replacement. The scope of work includes the removal of lead-based paint, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), existing wood shake roofing and siding, and built-up roofing. Following demolition, the project requires the installation of new wood sheathing with factory-applied radiant barrier, asphalt shingle roofing, fiber cement siding, and new thermoplastic membrane roofing within the parapet wall area.
