General Project Description

The Fullerton School District is seeking proposals for a high-speed point-to-point data connection service. This service will run from the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) to the Fullerton School District Office. The District requires a transition plan for any new carrier, with the cut-over date for service commencement scheduled for July 1, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on E-rate eligible price, the proposed transition plan, E-rate experience, and previous experience with the District.
