General Project Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks qualified firms to provide and implement various technology solutions for the Fullerton School District. The project encompasses the supply and implementation of new firewall hardware and potentially managed internal broadband services, the installation and cleanup of networking cabling, the procurement of rackmount Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units for MDF locations, the installation of internal and external wireless access points, and the dropshipping of network switching equipment (Ruckus ICX8200-48ZP2-E or equivalent) with full interoperability and stack compatibility. The overall scope aims to upgrade and standardize the district's IT infrastructure, including advanced threat prevention, URL filtering, WildFire, and DNS security, along with necessary support and documentation.
