General Project Description

The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for next-generation managed intelligent high-speed digital fiber data network services, utilizing E-Rate funding. The project's purpose is to install and provide ongoing managed telecommunication services, including equipment racks, digital equipment, and associated termination equipment. The awarded service provider will own and maintain all equipment. The connectivity is required between LEVEL3 (14452 Franklin Ave, Tustin, CA) and the GGUSD District Office (10331 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA). The service request is for 100 Gbps Internet Bandwidth starting with a Committed Information Rate of 40 Gbps, scalable in 5 Gbps increments. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary right-of-ways and accommodating future cable routing changes due to city infrastructure.
