General Project Description

The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) is soliciting proposals for network equipment and associated installation/configuration professional services, eligible for E-Rate Funding Years 2026-2027. The project encompasses various technology components, including Campus Network Equipment (Local Area Network core and edge devices), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) for school campuses, Wireless Technology (infrastructure network devices, related equipment, and installation/configuration services), Data Center Network Equipment (switches), and Data Center Firewall Equipment. Bidders are required to provide a detailed bill of materials for all proposed goods and services, clearly designating eligible and non-eligible costs. Functionality and specifications must meet District requirements, with equivalent or better products considered. The contract term is April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with provisions for up to two additional one-year extensions.
