General Project Description

The scope includes installation of grand steps at the entry plaza, open space with great lawn, amphitheater, event stage, new steps south of the Central Library, activity plaza, children's playground with shade structures, splash pad, boardwalk path, restroom building, Adult Recreation Center (ARC) entry plaza, entry plaza at Colorado Street, drainage appurtenances, landscaping, and planting new trees.
