General Project Description

The City of Glendora is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive, as-needed plumbing services for various City facilities. The scope of work includes the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrade of plumbing systems in all City-owned and/or operated facilities on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and holidays. This encompasses work on all types of piping (hot water, cold water, domestic water, natural gas, drain, sewer), fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, and sanitary systems. Specific tasks include leak detection and repair of water, steam, and gas leaks, and repair of gas, electric, or tank-less water heaters. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision.
