General Project Description

This project involves Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded curb ramp improvements for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the City of Glendora. The scope of work includes the removal of existing curbs, gutters, and sidewalks and the construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps. This also involves installing ADA-compliant truncated domes on newly constructed and existing curb ramps, and removing and replacing Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalks. The project requires traffic control, site mobilization/demobilization, and coordination with various public services, ensuring compliance with local NPDES permit requirements for storm water pollution prevention.
