General Project Description

This document is an invitation for contractors to join the Goleta Sanitary District's List of Qualified Contractors for the 2026 calendar year. The District utilizes the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA) to let public works projects valued at $220,000 or less through an informal bidding process. Qualified licensed contractors specializing in activities such as earthwork, pipelines, mechanical, electrical, painting, and general building are encouraged to submit their contact information, preferred work types, and license details by December 13, 2025, to be eligible for future informal bid invitations.
