General Project Description

This project involves campus-wide exterior painting at McKee Middle School. The scope of work includes water-pressure washing and chemical washing (denatured alcohol) of all surfaces, sanding before painting, and applying new paint to various elements such as hollow metal exterior doors and frames (inside and outside), posts, steel framing, wrought iron fencing, relocatable classrooms, exterior walls, soffit ceilings, metal trim, downspouts, railings, and ramp surfaces. It also includes painting interior block walls around trash enclosures. The District will provide all paint and primer and will have a Paint Inspector on site.
