General Project Description

The scope of work primarily includes general demolition, disposal, repairs to existing hardscaping and landscape irrigation systems, and all other necessary work to successfully complete the project as per the provided drawings and specifications. The construction will involve site preparation, placement of Class 2, 3/4-inch maximum size aggregate base compacted to 90% relative compaction, and pouring of 3,500 psi concrete with a light to medium broom finish, conforming to Caltrans Standard Specifications Sections 26 and 90.
