Half Moon Bay City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Professional Services for Eastside Parallel Trail, Segment 2, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 501 Main St, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, USA in San Mateo County.

General Project Description

The Eastside Parallel Trail Segment 2 project entails professional services for preliminary engineering, design, and environmental support for a 12-ft multi-modal trail extension on the east side of California State Highway 1 in Half Moon Bay. The trail will connect existing and future trail segments, covering approximately 2,100 linear feet. Key improvements include a new approximately 200-ft bridge over Frenchmans Creek, crossing treatments at three vehicle intersections (Russeau Francais Avenue, Frenchmans Creek Road, and Spindrift Way), enhanced crosswalks, new curb gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, drainage improvements, signage, signal reconfiguration, and a new retaining wall to repair an existing failed wood retaining wall. The project is federally funded and requires conformance with Federal guidelines and Caltrans jurisdiction requirements.
