Healdsburg City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, POWELL AVENUE CATCH BASIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: IFB-18-025. Work is to be performed near 900 Powell Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057, USA in King County.
General Project Description
The project involves the construction of the Powell Avenue Catch Basin Replacement Project. The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of an existing drainage inlet located adjacent to 900 Powell Avenue and the installation of a new precast Type GO Precast Drainage Inlet (H=10.50'), including an on-grade gutter depression following Caltrans Standard Plan D73E and D78A specifications. The work also includes backfill and resurfacing per City Standard ST11.1 and ST11.2 for a Collector Road Class. The contractor will be required to pothole to confirm existing elevations prior to ordering the precast structure. All work must comply with the City of Healdsburg 2024 Specific Provisions and Standard Details, minimizing disruption and restoring damaged property. Erosion and Sediment control measures will include various BMPs, such as silt fences, berms, dikes, fiber rolls, sandbags, gravel bags, straw bale barriers, dust control (hydroseed/erosion blanket), stockpile management, and proper storage of hazardous materials.
