General Project Description

The project involves the reconstruction and upgrade of March Avenue, encompassing roadway pavement reconstruction, pedestrian and bicycle improvements, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps with curbline bulb-outs at all intersections, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) and street lighting improvements at the Lupine Road and Prentice Drive intersections, and upgraded signage and striping, including designated no parking areas. All work must comply with the contract, project plans, and technical specifications, including City of Healdsburg Public Works Standard Specification and Details.
