General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to complete senior home repair projects within the City of Hemet. This specific Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the "Robinson" project, which involves the demolition and replacement of a 1440 SF composition shingle roof, including sub-deck repair, new flashing, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Additionally, the project requires the installation of smoke detectors in all bedrooms and a smoke/carbon monoxide combination detector in the hallway. All work must comply with current U.B.C. Code Chapter 15 and manufacturer standards.
