General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for senior home repair projects, specifically focusing on a property under the Senior Home Repair & Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Housing Program. The work includes comprehensive renovations such as roofing and fascia replacement/coating, replumbing the exterior main supply and replacing water filters, full bathroom renovations (demolition, new shower kit installation, flooring, and faucet/shower panel replacement), and kitchen faucet replacement. All work must adhere to City building, planning, and public works codes, along with the 2025 Residential Housing Codes.
