General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete senior home repair projects, specifically focusing on comprehensive roofing work as part of the broader Senior Home Repair & Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Housing Program. This particular project involves the demolition and removal of existing roofing, installation of R-10 rigid foam insulation, synthetic underlayment, eave flashing, gable trim, roof vents, and new metal roof panels for a 1,080 square foot roof area. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, fees, and a City business license, and will also perform final site cleanup.
