General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform senior home repair and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) modifications at a specific residence (881 North Lake #285). The project encompasses window and slider door removal and replacement, master bathroom faucet and grab bar installation, and smoke/carbon monoxide detector installation. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, tools, materials, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with Title 24 energy specifications, local municipality requirements, and lead-based paint regulations.
