General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for senior home repair projects, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) modifications, for properties within the City of Hemet. This invitation for bid covers the "BRANDT" property. The scope involves comprehensive residential rehabilitation including plumbing system upgrades and fixture installations, replacement of the rear porch/stair system, slider glass door lockset installation, and installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, all in accordance with City building, planning, public works codes, and 2025 Residential Housing Codes. The overall program budget is up to $570,000, with individual projects capped at $10,000.
