General Project Description

The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform senior home repair projects, specifically for the Anderson property, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Housing Program. The work includes comprehensive residential rehabilitation involving window and slider door replacement, electrical upgrades (GFI and dedicated breakers), passage hardware installation, and smoke/carbon detector installation. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, obtaining permits, and ensuring the property is left broom clean.
