General Project Description
The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor for a senior home repair project under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Housing Program, specifically for the "Lopez" property. The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to complete various home repairs including plumbing, gas water heater replacement, window and door repairs, gutter and downspout installation, and smoke detector installation, all in compliance with City building, planning, and public works codes and the 2025 Residential Housing Codes, including obtaining necessary permits.
