Hesperia City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, 2025 DECEMBER ADVERSE WEATHER EMERGENCY MAPLE & MUSCATEL BASIN, identified under Solicitation ID: RFB 2025-26-007. Work is to be performed near 9700 Seventh Ave, Hesperia, CA 92345, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
This emergency project (RFB 2025-26-007) involves furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to address recent storm events. The scope includes sediment and debris removal within the Maple Ave and Muscatel St basins, restoration of basins to original grade, wall repair, and all related appurtenant work. Additional tasks encompass site improvements, construction of new roadway sections with 4" Asphalt Concrete Pavement over 6" Crushed Aggregate Base, trench paving for utility connections, and roadway resurfacing. Contractor responsibilities also cover project mobilization, traffic control, dust control, protection of existing utilities and site features (like mailboxes, street signs), temporary facilities (toilets, offices, fencing, utilities), all necessary permits, and site cleanup. Herbicide application is required prior to pavement placement. Excavation, grading, and earthwork activities are integral, including unclassified cut and fill, and remedial removal and re-compaction.
